2No Chiller Replacement

GRH worked closely with Maskold to undertake a single chiller removal and replacement with 2 new Daikin 330kw chillers requiring local header and pipe work modifications. We undertook pre-works validations and water samples to confirm the system flow rates and condition of the chilled water system. Once the new chillers were lifted into position we completed a full measure of new 150mm and 125mm pipe work connections for full off-site fabrication removing the requirement for any on-site hot works.

On completion of the pipe work installation, we completed a system pressure test, balancing of the chiller flow rates, addition of Glycol to meet the required 20% and then finished with thermal insulation, PIB fand grey valve jackets.

Works were completed on time, in budget and to a very high standard.
