2No Chiller Replacement & System Upgrades

GRH worked closely with LH-Plc to finalise the design of a twin chiller replacement with system modifications / upgrades. GRH completed the design of the system modifications that included the installation of a new 3000ltr chilled water buffer vessel, 600mm diameter low loss header and all primary chilled water circuit pipe alterations. Our works also included the supply of working & as installed drawings with valve labels, design, fabrication & installation of a new chiller control panel access decking.

90% of the new chilled water services were fabricated off site to help minimize on-site hot works.

On completion of the installation GRH completed flow balancing of the primary system including new thermal insulation.

Works were completed on time, in budget and to a very high standard.
