GRH was awarded the replacement of all domestic and heating services with the installation of new FCU’s and boilers.

GRH worked closely with the school head teacher, teachers and maintenance staff to programme all works and ensure protection of the building and pupils as the entire project was carried out during term time.

Solid ceilings had to be removed to allow the removal of old services and the installation of new, with new boxings, access panels and ceilings installed and decorated on completion.

During the services replacement GRH was also awarded the boiler room refurbishment due to failures in the original installation.

Work was completed ahead of programme without any disruption to the school.
