6 Grosvenor Street – LH-Plc
LH-Plc employed GRH to carry out the strip out of all existing primary chilled water services to enable the replacement of old chillers. These works included the selection & installation of new secondary pumps, addition of new side stream filter, all controls & power connections, new 100mm chiller connections and balancing on completion. 2No 150mm positional flanges were welded on site where the existing services were severed and all other 100mm chilled water spools were fabricated off-site.
On completion all new works were balanced, electrically tested and thermally insulated.
GRH Completed all works on schedule.
