High Holborn – Mapada
Mapada called upon GRH to help them with one of their clients heating systems requiring some upgrades and pump replacement. GRH altered the existing 100mm LPHW services to allow installation of a new twin head pump along with some system upgrades including the installation of new commissioning valves & strainers.
Most of the 100mm spools were fabricated off-site ahead of the shutdown to speed up the installation works leaving only a few loose & positional flanges to be welded on-site.
All works were completed over a weekend shutdown to ensure heating was back on-line for Monday morning.
